how to order

you can easily email, fax, or phone us an order. we do not have separate secure on-line ordering at this point in time. however, if you click on the order link, this will bring up your email program so that you can email us an order. you will need to include the following details in your email to us:

list products you want to purchase 1. amount of product you wish to purchase (ie 250 gms) 2. product name (ie tussah silk tops, silk hankies….) 3. name of colour - it is a good idea to list some options for colour substitutions in case we are out of stock and you don't want to wait.

include your details 1. name 2. address 3. town 4. state 5. country (if applicable) 6. post code 7. phone number 8. mobile number (optional) 9. email address

choose method of shipping - 1. airmail within australia this takes 3-7 days or internationally usually 10-15 days. this is the most expensive method to choose.  2.  sea mail - takes up to 3 months 3. express post - next day delivery within the city centre of capital cities and 2 or 3 day services outside the cbd. express post satchels are as follows:  500gm = $7.40 (however this can only hold 250gm of wool because it is so bulky), 3kg = $10.50 (can hold up to 1 kg of wool).

payment options when you place your order an invoice will be sent with the goods and payment is expected within 7 days upon receipt of the goods. you have the following options to choose from: 

a.) send a cheque or money order in australian dollars. 

b.) direct deposit via eft - payment can be made directly in our account using electronic funds transfer (eft) (internet banking). please contact us for the account details. any incoming bank fees incurred will be paid by treetops. any outgoing bank fees are payable by client. 

c.) paying by credit card - phone, fax or email us your card details. treetops accepts payment by visa, mastercard and bankcard. please supply the following information: i.) type of card ii.) name on card iii.) card number iv.) expiry date.

emailing your credit card details if you are emailing us an order and want to pay by credit card, please send the first eight digits in one email, and the remainder and expiry date in a later one.

discounts discounts are available for purchases over a$500, please inquire for details

international clients please be sure and use the 'export prices' shown on our website - our australian gst component has been removed for export clients.  we are happy to ship overseas. we highly recommend using a credit card for payment, this way the exchange rates are taken care of automatically on the day of the transaction.  we request payment prior to shipment, unless alternative arrangements are agreed in advance.

duty and custom fees - any duty and/or customs fees incurred are payable by client.
