All you need to know about ordering, payment and shipping


How to Place an Order

To place an order with Treetops choose from the following three options:

Information We Need

We need all the following information from you in order to complete your order:

  1. Product Name
    Please list the name/s of the products you wish to purchase (eg. Merino Tops | Colour Harmonies, Silk Hankies | Solid Colours, Tussah Silk Tops | Solid Colours, etc.)
  2. Product Colour
    Please list the colour/s you have chosen (eg. Southern Seas, Blue Gum etc.) In addition, you may like to include the name of a substitute colour in the unfortunate circumstance your first colour choice has sold out and you do not wish to wait for a back order.
  3. Quantity
    Please note the quantity of product/s you require (eg. 250gm, 100gm, 1 colour card etc.).
  4. Contact Details
    Please list your name, address, city, state, postcode, phone number and mobile number (optional), plus your email address.
  5. Payment Option
    Please note your chosen payment option (see below for option details).

Payment Options

Once you have contacted us with your order, Treetops will confirm receipt of your order via email to you. When your order is ready for shipping we will email you an invoice for payment. Please note that full payment is required before goods will be shipped. Please choose from the following payment options.

  1. Cheque

  2. Money Order
    Please post to: Treetops Colour Harmonies, 6 Benwee Road, Floreat, Western Australia 6014
  3. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
    A direct payment within Australia may be deposited into the Treetops bank account using EFT.
    Your Treetops invoice will include the EFT details should you choose this form of payment. 
  4. Credit Card
    Please phone, fax, text (0414 759 563) or email us your credit card details. Treetops accepts payment through Visa, MasterCard or Debit Card. If you choose to email us your credit card details please send the first eight digits in one email and the remainder, plus the expiry date, in a second email. Please also include the following information: type of card, name on the card, card number and card expiry date.
  5. PayPal
    Payment can be made through this secure online service. PayPal allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer.  All Treetops needs from you is an email address. When your invoice is finalised we will inform PayPal of the total amount owing and they will email you with options for payment. There is no charge to you for this service.

Postal Information

Your postage charge will be included in your emailed invoice.  We will choose the least expensive way to post your parcel unless you specify otherwise.

  1. Airmail
    Delivery within 3 to 7 business days. Parcels are charged according to weight.
  2. Small Parcels
    Did you know that Australia Post has changed their postage rates for small parcels? A small parcel is now catorgised as anything from 0gm - 500gms and costs $6.60 to anywhere within Australia.  This makes ordering a small amount of fibre more expensive.  Please consider ordering up to 425gm of fibre at any one time to best optimize your postal charge. Remember packing materials will add 50gm - 75gm to the weight of your parcel, the final weight should to be under 500gm.
  3.  Australia Post - Express Post Satchels
    500gm Satchel – AUD$9.50 (holds up to 250gm of wool due to its bulk or 500gm of silk).
    3kg Regular Satchel – AUD$12.50 (holds up to 750gm of wool or 1.3 kg of silk).
    Special Extra Large 3kg Satchel – AUD$14.50 (holds up to 2.4kg of wool or 3kg of silk).
