All you need to know about ordering, payment and shipping

To place an order with Treetops choose from the following three options:

Information We Need

We need all the following information from you in order to complete your order:

1. Product Name
   Please list the name/s of the products you wish to purchase (eg. Merino Tops | Colour Harmonies, Silk Hankies | Solid Colours, Tussah Silk Tops | Solid Colours, etc.)
2. Product Colour
   Please list the colour/s you have chosen (eg. Southern Seas, Blue Gum etc.) In addition, you may like to include the name of a substitute colour in the unfortunate circumstance your first colour choice has sold out and you wish not to wait for a back order.
3. Quantity
   Please note the quantity of product/s you require (eg. 25gm, 100gm, 1 colour card etc.).
4. Contact Details
   Please list your name, address, city, state, postcode, phone number and mobile number (optional), plus your email address.
5. Payment Option
   Please note your chosen payment option (see below for option details).

Payment Options

Once you have contacted us with your order, Treetops will confirm receipt of your order via email to you. When your order is ready for shipping we will email you an invoice for payment. Please note that full payment is required before goods will be shipped. Please choose from the following payment options.

1. Credit Card
   Please phone, fax, text (+61 414 759 563) or email us your credit card details. Treetops accepts payment through Visa or MasterCard. If you choose to email us your credit card details please send the first eight digits in one email and the remainder, plus the expiry date, in a second email. Please also include the following information: type of card, name on card, card number and card expiry date. 
2. International Wire Transfer
   Your bank can wire funds in Australian dollars directly into our account.  Please contact us for the account details. There is an AUD$25 surcharge applied to all International wire transfers.
3. PayPal
   Payment can be made through the secure online PayPal service. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer. All Treetops needs from you is an email address. Once you have approved your invoice, we will inform PayPal of the total amount owing and they will email you with options for payment. There is no charge to you for this service. 
4. Bank Cheque
   To be sent in Australian Dollars. Please post to: Treetops Colour Harmonies, 6 Benwee Road, Floreat, Western Australia 6014.

International Shipping

Please choose between the following options and let us know which shipping option you prefer. 

Airmail via Australia Post

1. Parcels weighing less than 2kg will be posted by normal airmail using Australia Post. No tracking or insurance is included unless you specify otherwise.
2. When a parcel weighing over 2kg is posted with Australia Post, we automatically purchase a lodgment registration number for AUD$9.60. This includes AUD$100 of insurance on the contents. This fee will be added to the postage charge on your invoice. This registration number will help track the movement of your parcel when its leaves Australia and when it entres your country; however, it is not an absolute guarantee that your parcel will arrive safely. There is no on-line tracking system available with this service.  Use the ECI service (see below) for the most secure fully trackable way to ship a parcel.
3.  If you would like your parcels contents FULLY insured then please ask us for a quote. In general, the cost of insurance coverage is AUD$9.60 for the first AUD$100 plus AUD$2.50 for every additional AUD$100. 
4.  Australia Post does not offer insurance or lodgment registration to some countries. We will inform you of this when you place an order. Australia Post reserves the right to change their policy at anytime. We may not know of the changes until we go to post your parcel. If the situation is different to what we quoted, we will not post your parcel and contact you for further instructions.
5.  Once the parcel leaves our doorstep it becomes YOUR responsibility.
6.  All import fees, VAT taxes, duties or custom fees are payable by the client.
7.  For most countries Airmail via Australia Post usually takes 7-12 working days

AIRMAIL via AUSTRALIA POST

Example: for an 800 gm parcel going to Europe (Zone D) it would cost:
$3.83 + (800gm x $0.03170) = $29.19 plus $9.60 lodgment registration fee
(includes $100 insurance) = $38.79

Express Courier International (ECI)

1. This service is the fastest and most secure way of sending a parcel - tracking numbers are automatically included. By using Express Courier International, you can log in for full on-line tracking at http://auspost.com.au/track/. This means you can follow the progress of your parcel from lodgment to delivery.
2. Extra content insurance can be purchased, please ask us for a quote. In general, the cost of insurance coverage is AUD$9.60 for the first AUD$100 plus AUD$2.50 for every additional AUD$100.
3. Once the parcel leaves our doorstep it becomes YOUR responsibility.
4.  All import fees, VAT taxes, duties or custom fees are payable by the client.
5.  ECI via Australia Post usually takes 5-10 working days.

EXPRESS COURIER INTERNATIONAL (ECI) via AUSTRALIA POST

Example: for an 800 gm parcel going to Europe (Zone D) it would cost :
$46.63 + (800gm x $0.02119) = $63.59 (price includes tracking but no insurance)
